A question before you buy, or a photograph of a damaged delivery or the lamp you want a shade for.

A person reads these, and the same person prints the shades. Ask about a size, a colour, a lamp you already own, or where an order has got to.
When
Weekdays, Malaysian time
Replies usually the same working day. Slower at weekends, when the printers run and nobody watches the inbox.
Before you write
Three questions come up more than any others, and the answers are already here.
Where is my order?
Shades are printed after you order, so the first few days are making rather than shipping. Your confirmation email carries the despatch date, and tracking follows when it leaves.
Will it fit my lamp?
Every shade has an E27 ring built in — the ordinary large screw fitting used almost everywhere outside North America. It drops over the lampholder like a fabric shade. If you are unsure, send a photograph of the lamp and we will tell you.
Which colour should I pick?
The shade's colour becomes the colour of the light. The pale ones — Mellow Yellow, Cherry Pink, Lavender, Ice Blue — light a room softly; Orange glows deep and warm. Every product page has a 3D view you can turn on: pick a colour and see.
